How to Order
Soulfx Storefront provides two options for ordering:
- Online orders
- Telephone orders
Online Orders
The easiest and most convenient way to place an order. Please note that quantities are limited.
How to Find What You Are Looking For
In order to help you find what you are looking for quickly and easily, you can browse according to these distinct sections:
- Mugs
- Bottle Openers
- Backpacks
- Pens
Whether you are looking for items to display in your setting or office, you'll find it here. This is also where you will find a selection of items suitable for guest speakers, colleagues or co-workers.
The "Specials" section lists selected items of discontinued/limited stock at reduced prices.
The "Publications" section is divided into several practice areas to make it easier to locate the documents you need.
Shopping Cart
The "Shopping Cart" gives you a running total for your order. This running total does not include shipping/handling fees and taxes. These can only be calculated after you "Check Out" and enter your location.
The "Shopping Cart" will remember what you've put in it even if you leave the site. Every time you return to the site, your items will still be there until you decide to "Check Out."
Checking Out
From the "Shopping Cart", you have two options for placing your order. You can either select the "Check Out" link to begin an online order or you can select the "Fax Your Order" link and generate a form to fax or call in your order.
Selecting the "Check Out" link takes you to a form that asks for your billing and shipping information.
Delivery and Pick-Up
We offer the option to either have your order delivered or prepared for pick-up. Pick-up orders will not be assessed a delivery fee, however a handling charge applies. The pick-up date must be pre-arranged. Allow at least 5 working days before pick-up.
Option to Fax or Telephone Orders
Although shopping online is quick, convenient, and highly secure, some people may wish to fax or telephone in their order. We've automated the process for selecting products and calculating the total cost of the products. To use this method, select the "Fax Your Order" option from the "Shopping Cart" page instead of the "Check Out" link.
By selecting this link, you will generate a fax order form. You need to print off this page and fill in all the required information. Please note that shipping and tax fees will be added to your order.
Also, please note that for telephone orders, our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Please note that you can place an order online 24-hours-per-day, 7-days-a-week.
If you place a fax or telephone order by using the "Shopping Cart", you will need to manually remove the items from your cart after you order.
