Order Policies

All prices are in Canadian dollars. GST will be added. Postage and handling fees depend on member or non-member status, as well as location.

We ship via Canada Post. Courier charges are applied to rush orders.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, money orders and cheques.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing and delivery.

Please advise us in advance if you wish to pick up your order by selecting the pick-up option on the Billing & Shipping page during checkout. The pick-up date must be pre-arranged. Allow at least 5 working days before pick-up.
